Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit Appsloads.

When you access the site, the web server processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to provide the site securely, diagnose errors and prevent abuse under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as required for these purposes or by law.

3. Cookies and analytics

Appsloads currently uses no analytics or marketing services. Any strictly necessary cookies or similar storage are used only for secure operation. We do not use them to create advertising profiles.

4. App images and external links

App images are delivered through our website. Google Play and the Apple App Store are contacted only after you click a link. The respective provider's privacy policy then applies.

5. Contact

If you contact us, we process your details to answer your request under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR and delete them when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties.

6. Hosting and recipients

Hosting and IT providers may process data on our behalf. Data is otherwise disclosed only when necessary, required by law or based on your consent.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent for the future and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

The website uses TLS encryption. We update this policy when technical or legal requirements change.
