1. Scope

These terms apply to the freely accessible Appsloads information service operated by Advertiso GmbH.

2. Information service

Appsloads provides editorial information, overviews and reviews of apps. Content is not binding advice or a contractual offer. Contracts for downloads, purchases or subscriptions are concluded solely with the relevant store or app provider.

3. Third-party services

Links to Google Play, the Apple App Store and other services lead to third-party offerings. The relevant provider is responsible for content, availability, pricing, privacy and contractual terms. Its current information prevails.

4. Intellectual property

The design, original texts and compilations on Appsloads are protected. Commercial reuse beyond statutory permissions requires our consent. Third-party trademarks, logos and product names remain the property of their owners.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to provide accurate and current information but do not guarantee permanent availability, completeness or freedom from errors. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected; otherwise statutory rules apply.

6. Prohibited use

Interference with operation or security, circumvention of technical safeguards and any unlawful use are prohibited.

7. Amendments and law

We may amend these terms for the future. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law.
